Surging on decel

Hi everyone. I need some help on a 06 cummins. This is my brother's truck, and I tuned it for him. Cummins aren't really my specialty, I've done more with Duramax. Anyway, the truck has BD 33% over injectors, Industrial Injection 33% over CP3, and S363 turbo. The problem is, when you decel, especially after a pull in overdrive, the engine surges instead of returning to idle. I've attatched a log. You can see the pulsewidth and MM3 jumping around. The problem is much worse with the CSP tune set on tune 5 and almost nonexistent on tune 1, which is basically stock. I used a pulsewidth table from BD for the bigger injectors, but I didn't adjust for the oversize pump. Could that be my problem? If so, how do I do that?

To answer my own question, I ended up copying the rail pressure and pulsewidth table lower sections into all 5 of the other tunes. That seems to have fixed the problem.
