    Default Stubborn Engine governed to 70 mph

    LS1B_0000.ctz

    Hi I have attached the tune file. The engine is out of a box truck & is currently governed to 70MPH. I have maxed out H0111, H0109 and H0108. What am I missing here? Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

    What size tires and what gear ratios?
