Default Higher Wattage O2 Sensor Part #?

At one point, I had this info. Generally, I was under the impression the vette rear O2's were higher wattage. Therefore, they were less susceptible to the switching error codes (P1133/53, etc). However, I was told today that some of the vette years had lower wattage O2 sensors in the rear location.

So, I want to ensure that I buy the higher wattage ones. Anybody know for certain the part number?

Thanks. I swear I had the Bosch number written down, but I simply couldn't find it.

Are there any issues with the connectors? Square vs flat?

Those should all be direct replacements according to gmpartsdirect.com and sparkplugs.com.
