Default Lean startup with 2 bar SD tune

I know that this has come up before and I can't seem to find the thread. Seems like since I VE tuned the car in 1 Bar and went to the 2 Bar SD, the car is very lean on startup for about 30 seconds and then stabilizes to the correct AFR. What is taking over during that time that influences the fueling?

I'll call you a bit later HT. I have been swamped at work and haven't had a chance to do anything. BTW - I just saw you called at 11pm last night. LOL Them were the good ol' days.

The problem is the additional air added during ECT's < 180 (or what ever you deamed normal operating temperature).
