Is there an expand all hotkey or button?

No, but it is now on the list of features to add.

Currently, the quickest way (I know of) to expand all items in a branch is to start from the bottom of a branch and use the up and right arrows (alternately). It is not recursive, so you have to go into each branch and repeat.

Other Navigator hotkeys are as follows:
1. To expand/contract the current item: right/left arrow.
2. To move to prev/next item: up/down arrow.
3. To scroll the contets of the Navigator window without moving from the current item: Ctrl-arrows.
4. To swap focus between the currently open calibration window and the Navigator: Ctrl+Enter (This appears to not be working - and is being investigated).
5. To open the current calibration: Enter
