Having trouble registering efilive..

Hello im a newbie at this whole tuning thing.... Every time I open up the tuning tool I get a demo version message that pops up... I registered the software under the help section, but it still gives me the same message when the cable is not pluged in to the obd2 port in the car... Did I miss something??? help please... also i tried to tune the car as well and it still said that the cable needs to be registered... so untill I figure this out no tuning 4 me...... please help

Double check that you input everything exactly like it is on the registration including the date (not the date you received EFILive).

That is what was wrong.... it helped alot... it works now I appreaciate it thanks...
