    got the sender mounted yesterday and went to plug it in. As soon as you plug it in and go to turn the key on the PCM throws a error code saying the TP Sensor is low voltage. Tried to start the car and it ran like a pig.

    Have followed the guide and connected to EGR. Have enabled EGR in the tune and confirmed I get 5V to the plug. PCM is a 1999+ in a Holden Commodore.

    Has anyone else successfully connected using the EGR method in a Holden Commodore?

    Andrew, can you send me some contact details so I can have a chat?

    Have checked and am using the correct pins as described in the tutorial but as soon as I plug into the FP sensor I get a DTC error code thrown relating to low voltage on the TP (Throttle Position) sensor.

    Did you tap in on the blue connector or the red? Should be Blue, unless your PCM is different from the 99's here in the US.

    Hello all,
    I am just about done with my FPSU project. I am using an Autometer 2246 just like in the tutorial. I am using the EGR connection right by the oil cap on the passengers side (fbody). I got the wrong autometer pig tail connector for the sending unit. I did notice that it (the sending unit) is exactly like an ECT sensor plug. I have an extra ECT sensor pigtail but I don't have the sending unit's pinout. All the tutorial says is
    Red = 5vdc
    Black = grnd
    ppl = 0-5v sig

    This is fine if you have the orignal autometer connector. If anybody can help tonight it would be great. I am loading up the trailer for the track tommorrow and would love to have some track FP data to log.
    TIA
