I'm commanding 11.0 and getting an actual afr of 12.4-5. Tried to lean out in the PE table from 11.0 to 11.1 and actual afr went to 13.6. That is a very big jump from adjusting .1 in PE table. Any suggestions or tips?

Sounds like you need to get your VE and/or MAF tables corrected.
The AutoVE Tuning tutorial is a good starting place:
http://www.efilive.com/download.aspx#downloads7
You will either need a wideband O2 sensor (recommended), or attempt to correct you VE table using LTFT's.

Thanks. I figured that. I was trying not to have to deal with all that mess. Downloaded a stock 6.0 lq9 file from this site and copied that VE table to my tune hoping to just run a stock VE table, but it seems that won't work.

I skimmed through the auto ve write up and I have a couple things. My WB is not connected to efilive, would this be a problem? I'm still running the 99 pcm, and the write up does not say what to do when complete. (All things that had to be changed to get into SD)
Will be much easier to have the WB connected to Flashscan. 99 pcm is fine. When you're done, the next steps depend on what you want to do. I stayed in OLSD, some go to CLSD, some recalibrate the MAF and go back to CL MAF.
Otherwise, the AutoVE tutorial will have you return to CLSD.
I don't think my AEM WB is compatible with efi live. Also, how do I return to CL MAF when done?
if your WB has a 0-5vdc output it's compatible. Linear output makes things much easier as well.
CLMAF - is described in the last 2 pages of the AutoVE tutorial. Depending on your mods, you may need to recalibrate your MAF. Same concept as AutoVE.
