Emissions Question

I have a TT Vette and just flunked the emissions test. HC (hydrocarbons) was at 1300, limit to pass is 220.
Are the Random Tech High Flow cats burned out?

What were the readings for CO and NOx? Usually if the converters are bad, CO and NOx readings are also high. If HC is the only issue, you may need to work with the fuel and timing calibrations. Do O2 sensor readings look reasonable? Have you checked reading with a wide band?
