I believe so. Of course, it will be much easier to configure if you have the WB controller so you have the linear 0-5vdc signal.
I run dual LC-1's with no gauge just fine. Although I haven't attempted to view it on V2 yet.
It is planned, not yet though.

What I am thinking is that this $200 WB:

With V2 would be a cheap WB solution for tuning, serve as a stand alone WB of sorts as well as a selling feature for V2.
