It's available now, just not publicly posted on the downloads page. There will be an update posted in a few days, so be sure to come back in about a week to check for an update. Once the update is available they will both (the full download and the update) be posted on the web site.
The update will fix the following known issue(s):
1. The operating system list in the "Change VIN" window is empty.
The EFILive software V7.3.3 CD image is available for download.
http://download.efilive.com/software...50_580_520.zip (90.7Mb)
http://download.efilive.com/software...50_580_520.md5
Or download from this mirror:
http://gmtuning.info/files/EFILiveV733_450_580_520.zip
It contains everything that the manufactured EFILive CD contains except for the following two items:
1. Adobe PDF reader software, you can download the latest adobe reader software, free here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
2. The EFILive intro video presented by Ben Strader from EFI University.
Download the zip file, extract it and optionally burn it to a CD.
To run the install, double click on the EFILive_Installer.exe program.
If you have a FlashScan V2, please make sure you are running firmware V2.4.38 or later. It contains an important fix to prevent PCM reads from hanging or failing prematurely. You can check the firmware version in your FlashScan V2 device using the menu sequence: F4->F1->F1, then scroll down to the Firmware version display. If your FlashScan V2 is using an earlier version, please reflash it with the firmware (*.ffw file) contained in the zip file.
IMPORTANT: I highly recommend backing up your existing *.tun and *.efi files, then uninstalling the existing EFILive software BEFORE installing the V7.3.3 software. That is because some objects and files are now stored in different locations. For example: the start menu items have been re-arranged and the calibrations folder has been split into multiple sub folders. If you do not uninstall first, then the old V7.2.2 files and menu items will remain, and could cause a conflict at some later stage

To generate the correct *.vpl files, you will need to manually re-validate the PIDs for both the ECM and TCM.

md5 file is just a checksum so that you can run an md5sum on the download to verify that it is downloaded correctly.
