Anyone help me out with my Questions?

Other option is set it to a 12V gauge and have it turn green in Alarm for indication?

Be nice if this was available as a status function (or is it and I am missing something).

No, its not availabel as a status.
It is available as a "guage" or "chart" pid that can take the value 0 or 1.

So for a status like effect, set the alarm to Green on the gauge, set 1 as the value for alarm, and when activated, set all the colors to black other than alarm.

Seems to me, the status function would be more suited for this application

What about the wiring, + pin 87 to the V2 + and no ground needed because the V2 is grounded?
