    Default Modification history

Have you clicked on the Modification history Tab in the tuning tool??.
Did you know everything you change is automatically updated and saved?.
You can search by date or keyword.

For example, if you changed the Idle Airflow table at some stage but you could not remember when or by how much, you would simply enter the table number 'B4307' into the search box and it will find it in the history list, then you can see when it was modified and by how much!!.
Don't forget the comments tab too!!.

    Cheers,
    Ross

What I love about the history feature is that you can delete entries...

If you are a freakish compulsive experimenter like I am, your history could end up

    10:01am

    Changed foo = bar

    10:03am

    Changed bar = fu

    10:06am

    Changed fu = ber

    10:08am

    Changed ber = foo

    10:11am

    Changed foo = fu

Then I just delete everything but the last one I love it... Really excellent addition (along with the notes feature).

Can gm change the history with onstar? The first time I hooked up efi was
Feb 1 and the history had weekly changes listed for the month of Jan!
It was stuff like odometer corrections, speed limiter changes, torque changes,
etc. The truck has not seen any dealer since at least August. Any comments?

The history and comment data is stored in the *.tun file on your PC's hard drive. It is not transferred to your PCM. No one sees it or can modify it except you. If you read out the contents of your PCM again there will be no comments or history.

It's a great feature, it automatically documents your changes, this'll save a lot of wondering later on, especially if you tend to stay up late and can't remember.
