    Default EFI not reading AFR correctly

    Since EFI is reading a different AFR than my LM1 do I need to change the values in the sae_generic.txt from what I have which is this:

    *CLC-00-928
    V 0.0 5.0 .1 "{EXT.AD1}"
    AFR 10.0 30.0 .1 "{EXT.AD1}*10"
    *CLC-00-929
    factor 0.0 2.0 .1 "{CALC.AFR_LM11.AFR}/{GM.AFR}"
    *CLC-00-930
    V 0.0 5.0 .1 "{EXT.AD2}"
    AFR 10.0 30.0 .1 "{EXT.AD2}*10"
    *CLC-00-931
    factor 0.0 2.0 .1 "{CALC.AFR_LM12.AFR}/{GM.AFR}"

    To this which I found here during a search http://forum.efilive.com/showthread....highlight=Lm-1
    Which is this:

    *CLC-00-928
    V 0.0 5.0 .1 "{EXT.AD1}"
    AFR 10.0 20.0 .1 "({EXT.AD1}*1.9936)+ 9.9832"
    *CLC-00-929
    factor 0.0 2.0 .1 "{CALC.AFR_LM11.AFR}/{GM.AFR}
    *CLC-00-930
    V 0.0 5.0 .1 "{EXT.AD2}"
    AFR 10.0 20.0 .1 "({EXT.AD2}*1.9936)+ 9.9832
    *CLC-00-931
    factor 0.0 2.0 .1 "{CALC.AFR_LM12.AFR}/{GM.AFR}

    These calculations are to calculate the AFR based on the voltage the LC-1/LM-1 has been programmed to output for a given AFR range.

    The example you link to is not the same as the one in the LC-1 tutorial.

    You basically need to ensure that you program the LM-1 to output the correct voltages (or ones you want) and that the calculation in the sae_generic.txt file scales these correctly.

    I have a PLX WBO2 so can't help you more sorry. joecar is the LC-1 guy

    So if I program the voltage in the 2nd example to match the thread and use that equation it should work?

    I do understand that it isn't the same as what is in the tutorial but it appears in the sae_generic.txt there is a different equation for the LC1 versus the LM1, atleast it looks like that to me and I'm a newbie.

    Thanks,
