I was fooling around with the WB on my dyno tonight and figured out that the Autronics WB puts out two voltage signals. One is 0-5 and the other is 0-1. The 0-5 is currently being sent to the dyno which it displays on the screen. I tried tapping off of it to send it to FS but always had issue with both reading at the same time. I am starting to think it was a ground issue....anyway I thought that maybe if I used the 0-1 for FS it would be a dedicated voltage that wouldn't be shared.

Tonight I recorded some voltage output vs. AFR to try and figure out the formula that will be needed for FS to convert it to AFR.

All the current calcs are based upon 0-5 and not 0-1. I have been playing with Excel and can't seem to figure the constant needed. These are some of the values I came up with;

11.0:1=.049 volts
12.5:1=.125 volts
12.8:1=.140 volts
13.0:1=.150 volts
15.0:1=.252 volts
20.0:1=.505 volts
30.0:1=1.00 volts

these numbers are pretty close as I was trying to watch the volt meter and WB display at the same time. I know the answer is something simple but I am too fried to process it! Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks

Howard
