V1 Commercial Upgrade

I want to upgrade from my V1 personal to V1 commercial but don't know what the upgrade gives me. Can someone explain what capabilities the commercial version gives over the personal version?

Three extra features:

1. Ability to performa a full reflash which means for LS1, (LS2 soon), LB7 and LLY you can install as many EFILive custom operating systems as you like.

2. Ability to modify electronic throttle tables for LS1.

3. Ability to lock a PCM. (The personal can unlock a PCM if the code is known, but can not lock a PCM)
