I agree completely, if I have asked a question it is always answered really fast and Ross and Paul are constantly working on everything. Really glad I bought EFILive over HPTuners when I was looking because of the EFI customer support.

When I first reviewed the market I felt that efilive product and users were more tech savvy and hpt wasnt quite at the same level. Also the forum content lead me to believe that efi was the way to go. The free custom os's helped sway me too.
