    how do i use this spread sheet i understand that you copy and paste the ben's in do i start with copy and pasting the b0101 first and then paste over the top sorry if i missed somthing thanks in advanced

    You paste your BENs in the top table, then copy the bottom table and paste-multiply into your VE table.

    Thanks I figured it out right after I posted the question I was thinking way to hard it was almost to easy

    When i did this , it made lots of spikes In my ve table. Suggestions?
    2000 NBM trans am.
    427 Dart ship block,Lme ported Ls7 heads 12.5 compression
    246/262 .730/.712 112+4 low lash solid roller
    Rmvb 4l80 with transbrake, 8" FTI converter
    12 bolt Moser rear end with 4.10 gears

    Ok, maybe then avoid the interpolation spreadsheet;

    instead, paste-multiply the BEN into the VE table, and then manually adjust the surrounding un-hit cells to match/flow with the hit cells.
