    how do i use this spread sheet i understand that you copy and paste the ben's in do i start with copy and pasting the b0101 first and then paste over the top sorry if i missed somthing thanks in advanced

    You paste your BENs in the top table, then copy the bottom table and paste-multiply into your VE table.

    Thanks I figured it out right after I posted the question I was thinking way to hard it was almost to easy

    When i did this , it made lots of spikes In my ve table. Suggestions?
    2005 Chevy Avalanch. stock except for k&n filter. Now doing efi live tuning.

    2000 nbm T/A.m6 now a 6.0 lq4 with ported 241 heads,f14 cam,fast 90 and NW tb. Edlebrock stepped race headers 12 bolt rear with 4.10 gears previously tuned by Futral with Hp tuners. Now trying to tune with efi live myself.
    dyno'ed at 441/410 with old motor(346 with f13 cam) and 518/540 on a 75 shot dry kit.

    Ok, maybe then avoid the interpolation spreadsheet;

    instead, paste-multiply the BEN into the VE table, and then manually adjust the surrounding un-hit cells to match/flow with the hit cells.
