    Default V2 GMLAN terminating resistors

I want to flash LBZ ecm / tcm on bench , I copy/paste the following from the GM service information system

The high speed GMLAN serial data bus uses two 120 ohm terminating resistors that are in parallel with the high speed GMLAN (+) and (-) circuits. One of the resistors is internal to the glow plug control module (GPCM) and the other is internal to the engine control module (ECM).

Could the V2 communicate safely without the 2nd 120ohm resistor installed (flashing ECM) or without both 120ohm installed (flashing TCM) ?

V2 will work fine with just the ECM, if you are using just the TCM by itself you will need the resistors. I usually hook up both the ECM and TCM anyway if I am wanting to run a TCM on the bench.

    Cheers,

Could someone provide their wiring diagram for how they connect the ECM/TCM for bench work?
