Need unfo on upgrade from 6.4.1

I have been gone for a while with a busted laptop but it is "working" again.
I have an AT1 connector and 6.4.1.

Can I upgrade still to the latest with this connector?
Is the upgrade free?
Will my weak little 650 MHz processor still get the job done?

I barely figured out what I had in 6.4.1 before I stepped away. Now I will have to relearn all of what little I knew but first I need to know if I can upgrade.

Version 7.3.4 software should run on the AutoTap AT1 cable...

As for running on your 650 MHz PC, I believe the Scan Tool should be fine, but I pm'd Paul (Blacky) for a better answer.

Also, there have been various new developments which you may or may not be aware of...

The official minimum specification is 500MHz but we recommend 800MHz or more.

You may need to optimize some settings in the Scan Tool software to obtain the best performance. The optimization settings and techniques are decribed in Appendix-G of the Scan Tool User Manual.
