Car slams into gear
I just put the stock TC back in casue the TCC is fried on the Yank.. Anywho now the car slams into gear hard from Park to Drive. I assume this is a combantion of 1k idle speed and stock stall speed of about 1600.. Question is there a table that will decrese the pressure so the car is not slamming into gear? I am affraid it is going to break a U joint or trans mount.. I did knock the idle speed down a bit but it did not help..

There is in my '02 OS. But, I don't see that table in the '99 file that I have.
Download a stock '02 A4 f-body file and look up D1504 and D1505 to see what I found.
