Several Questions

My setup:
Engine Test Cell Installation of a 2006 LBZ Duramax 1700 miles
Connected to GMLAN, Class 2, and corresponding grounds/power.
EFI Live 7.3.3 Commercial Scan & Tune V2

Today was the first day I tried to start it. Didn't go very well, engine started but badly idled and never rose above 400 RPM. Seems to be providing fuel based on exhaust composition, but either some of the signals are out of time or only some of the injectors are firing. Possibly other errors but not sure. No clear sign from the DTCs listings.

Software Issues:
The enhanced PIDs were not loaded when starting the program. Shouldn't these be loaded?

Cannot read boost pressure.

On the Help Menu I don't have all the registration options that are shown in the online tutorial. Only "Register EFILive"

Questions
Is there anyway to view fueling information about each individual injector?

Can I program the ECU to disable checks for certain DTCs?

How can I tell how many VINS my software has used?
