I reflashed the ECM this morning with the file you sent and it is still doing the same thing. Does my software need to be the same as yours in order for it to reflash the ECM properly? I have been trying to start it without the BCM attached. My understanding is that is fine if the VATS is truly disabled.

I watched the replay of the Data page as I tried starting the engine. VTD-VTD3 - Fuel Disabled very quickly jumps to Yes then back to No during starting.

If anyone can tell me what exact software, patches, and firmware they are using to defeat VATS that would be greatly appreciated. I appreciate everyones help so far and look forward to getting this problem solved.
I asked Andrew to forward a file on to you that we know has been used in a conversion before with no BCM, if it still won't run at that point then we can look further in to it.

Thanks to some help from the friendly folks at EFI live, I now have the VATS disabled.
Does that mean it runs for longer than one second?
