camaro auto to manual conversion

I just did a swap from auto to 6 speed in a 99 camaro with a 2002 auto wiring harness and pcm. Can I just flash it to a 2002 6 spped tune with the auto harness in it?

You can do that. The VSS does need to be connected. You will need to kill the CAGS codes and it wouldn't hurt to wire in the reverse lockout solenoid. That would make it much easier to get it in reverse. You may want to make sure the unused wires do not get in harms way.
