Default Electronic Throttle for 01-02 Express Van Calibration

I'm having problems getting ETC working with the 01-02 Express Van Calibration (L31 gen 1 Vortec engine). I've copied all (obvious) tables from a 02 Corvette calibration and still no luck. If I do a complete reflash with the Corvette calibration, the ETC works.

I can speculate that the Express Van calibration doesn't support ETC, but there are tables available.

I REALLY want to make this work. Any ideas?

There is a lot more to it than just copying the ETC tables, there is a lot of underlying calibrations (not shown in EFILive) that would need to be configured for it all to work.
The best thing to do is try to find a calibration from a similar platform / engine that used ETC.

    Cheers,
