Default V2 not working with win 98

I just updated my software to 7.4 release 2 and after uninstalling the old software and drivers I cannot get the drivers to install properly. Windows sees the device and the hardware manager says that the drivers are not installed properly. I reinstalled the drivers and still not working, windows reports the same error. When I install the drivers it is looking for a .cat file that is not in the new driver files. I clicked the button to skip it and continued the install but it will not clear the error. Uninstalled the software, used the driver cleaning file on the update to remove the driver, reboot, reinstall same issue. Working fine on my XP machine, so it is not the V2.

    Please Help, going crazy.

Try the V3.01.02 drivers available here:
    http://www.efilive.com/download.aspx#downloads4
These drivers are designed to work with Win98

The drivers available with the latest download are designed for WinXP and Vista
