    Default reduced power mode

Something odd is happening on my 2000 C5. I am doing all of my tuning and driving in Speed Density mode, and it seems every few drive cycles, I get reduced power, and have to go in and clear all the dtc's. Here is the list of DTC's I get.

Diagnostic Trouble CodesP1514MAP/MAF - Throttle Position Correlation P0103Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Circuit HighP0106Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor PerformanceP1514MAP/MAF - Throttle Position Correlation P0103Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Circuit HighP0106Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor PerformanceP1514MAP/MAF - Throttle Position Correlation C1278

    Mods are.... 224/228 cam/ Crane 1.8 rockers, 42lb injectors, AFR 205 heads, and Headers/exhuast. Running OS5

Any input would be greatly appreciated, I don't see why I should get reduced power. Car runs and drives great, except for a rolling idle issue I am still trying to sort out.

    Thanks

P1514 relates to table C6101... trying increasing that table (I can't view your tune on this PC right now, so I can't see if you already did that).

Also look at the MAP rationality table (under Engine Diagnostics).

I have Map rationality test high at 5000rpm, and low at 400. SHould I set this up out of the way?

I moved C6101 up 300% can you set that table too high?

    Thanks for the feedback.

Did you have a chance to look at the file? I went back to stock + 50%, and haven't gotten the reduced power mode yet, but it's only been 2 drive cycles.

    ANy input is always appreciated!

    Thanks.

I have looked at your file, and here's my suggestions:

    a. set each of the "out of range" parameters to some valid value...
    e.g. if 8000 is the max, set it to 7999, save file, and then set it to 8000;
do this for each parameter that is out of rannge; when finished, close the file and reopen it, and now there should be none out of range anymore.

    b. try increasing some of the low areas in the ETC predicted air table; but first try your stock+50%.

    c. try setting B1901 to 500, say.

Try something like the attached table. Works with no problems on my '01 C5 with 232/236 cam, ported heads, ported throttle body, headers, high flow cats and 3" exhaust
