MASS code with BOOST

Hello guys ,

I'm having a problem with this avalanche . It's a stock motor with nothing on it except STS turbo kit . it is making 334WHP ON 7PSI with 5.3L engine in it .

Every about 100 miles the cars power goes sharply down and it starts detonating . the MIL comes on with a code for the MASS sensor.

Any clue how can I get this code off of my back .

Hi Assami,

Check out the MAF Rationality Table. This table defines the allowable "discrepancy" between the MAF and VE table. Boosted 1 bar applications need this to be increased quite a bit.

I would multiply that table by a factor of 4 to 5 to be on the very safe side.
