response 11-why cant i log any tunes?
have been trying for weeks to no avail!
i can write and download tunes just fine
when i try to log using scantool i go through all the steps
duramax imperial,validate pids bla bla and as soon as i hit the red or yellow dot it generates an error report and will not let me log anything
Do you have the latest software, drivers and firmware loaded? Fill in you sig so we know what model you have.

i have the latest everything -i was able to log before a few weeks ago and now i dont know whats goin on-maybe i goofed up on something and changed something i dont know but could someone walk me through the logging steps from start to finish so i know im trying this the right way
