Trouble with Licences

I was tryin to flash the pcm in a mates car yesterday and I kept receiving the message that I didnt have an available licence.

I only purchased the licence last week, and I know it it there. V2 even tells me I have an available licence. Why is this happening. I emailed the gurus at EFILive but I need a quick answer.
Ps ther pcm serial number is still valid and hasnt been reset to 0000.

There was a problem with Flashscan not seeing the last license, but that was fixed in the last update.

Have you downloaded the latest release 7.4.2?
