    Default Would someone be willing to look at a log file?

    I'm new to EFILive and all the toys it has!

    I've just done a fresh log using some of the PID's recommended on this forum. The file is located at

    http://www.stigmundfreud.f2s.com/Log_0004.efi

    The run was taken entering a motorway so goes under fairly high load quickly (engine was warmed up well before the run) and lasts for about 15 minutes.

    In particular am interested in how timing, fuel trims etc look to you guys. The car has been tuned to match the Miltek exhaust and Capa long tubes.

    Cheers

    Mike

    forgot to say, car is a 2004 Gen III V8 in a Vauxhall Monaro

    stigmundfreud,

    Welcome to the forum...

    Comments on your log:
    - LTFT's are good, close to zero;
    - WOT O2 voltages are above 900 mV and indicate you're not lean;
    - Sometimes after WOT ends, the PCM stays in open loop and O2 sensor voltages fail to switch, maybe a minute or more at a time... something is preventing the PCM from going back to closed loop right away, or so it seems to me;

    Looks good nonetheless, and looks like it runs good.

    Cheers,
    Joe

    thanks Joe

    next step is to chat to ringram about getting some lc1s to keep an eye on the afr - possibly a tune license too and go mafless - he keeps hinting at that....

    Yes, a wideband is recommended and is definitely worth it.

    ls2.com has DTC descriptions and diagnostic information:

    Also, the tunetool shows you all your DTC's in tables C6001 and C6002.
