Default OK...maybe I'm an idiot but my bidirectional controls aren't working

    All,

For some reason my bidirectional controls aren't working (they are greyed out) except for the oil life reset and the change VIN option. It used to work so I'm a littled confused at this point. All other functionality with the scanner seems to be working just fine. FWIW, I'm running 7.3.3.

Any thoughts as to what I'm missing here or what may be wrong?

Does the VIN that appears in the bottom of the scanner (below yellow and red dots) match the VIN in your tune(car)?

First, I'd be running 7.4.2 build 622 or later, Updated the V2 FlashScan Firmware, and then see if the problem still exists.

Are these problems with V1's or V2's?

Did you change anything in EFILive Flashscan>Edit>Properties ?
Seems like I remember hearing that in one the releases you had to uncheck the "Do not show this window again" at start up or the BIDI controls would not work correctly , in other words you needed to select your PCM type every time .

Musta been something it ate. It got ahold of that chineese dogfood supplement maybe?

I'm glad to hear you're up and running again.
