Your COS5 tune is based on 12212156...

it should still run all the monitors (unless you disabled DTC's).

You could try full flashing back to your base OS 12212156 and see what happens.

Can you get your stock tune from your tuner...?

You can try looking in www.tunefiledepot.com

I would go back to the stock tune (12212156)... you should be able to find it at www.tunefiledepot.com

so I don't really know why your PCM reports EGR as not supported (COS5 should report it the same as 12212156).

C0265 is an ABS code, so it does not effect the smog test.

Sorry about the post it's fixed, the truck is the same from when I got it and it had to pass smog before we transferred so the only thing I can think of is the custom tune

No worries... if the truck is physically unmodified, then you should be able to pass on the stock tune.

Your stock tune might not be 12212156... just look for the one of the 2002 Silvarado/Sierra tunes that matches your engine size.

Goto www.tunefiledepot.com, look under stock tunes, look under Chevrolet and GMC...

I didn't see one for 2002 Sierra, but try the 2002 Silvarado (of the same engine size).
