It does work for the O2s , but that darn EVAP stuff is a PITA .
Can't see what is keeping the EVAP on I turned everything I saw related to it to "not reported" or "no mil" .

Don't set it to "No MIL".

Hmmm , thanks joecar , tried that and still the EVAP shows "not ready" .
GM's drive cycle , no way a normal person would ever achieve its parameters , just wonder if this has been there for the life of the truck ?

Thanks for digging this thread up. I actually have the same issue. Waited until the last minute to take the emissions test, and the evap solenoid fried, and they crushed the car I was going to get parts off of (Of course without telling me before they did, so I wasted a 2 hour drive getting parts).

Small update and to get the post of the number 13 , after a lot or research , I found that in fact the EVAP can not be disabled in the C6001 or C6002 parameters , it would be nice if it could be .
If only a .cax file could be made to do it .
Did find out in Texas , one "not ready" SRT state is passable .

Thanks for the update. I still ran into the same issue. I set p0455 to "Not Reported" in C0061, and still got a CEL :( Guess I will just take the flashscan with me and reset it while I am waiting in line. It still reported "Ready" for the evap test though.

I am not a developer here but , from what I have seen the SRT is not affected by Custom OS features (well not completely true , you have to set the Evap to run in OL mode , which was added for OLSD or OLMAF mode) , so it will still need to run the test .
