On an LS2, drive by wire, while logging to day I noticed that the TPS% read 82% when infact I know the gas pedal was WOT.
Is there a calibration issue here, what canI check?

I don't believe it goes much higher than that. I've read somewhere on this site or internet that the TPS with drive by wire runs 80s at WOT.

I have also been seeing this and was wondering why mine reads 22% at idle? I'm new to efilive but have tuned many cars with hpt and ls1edit.
Are you logging the the SAE.TP PID? If so, that PID logs a percentage of the five volt throttle signal rather than the physical throttle blade opening.
On late model ETC vehicles try the PID called GM.ETCTP and you'll get "normal" results.
