v2 upgrade problems

Hi there,this is very frustating,im having a few problems the first being that the second license on the v1 only let me program the car once after that the vin area is ooooooo instead of real vin,also after receiving the v2 i tried to upgrade but may have did something wrong. i keep getting the message that its alredy upgraded or not upgradable any help would be grately apprieciated.thanks Jim.

Hi Jim,

Can you please send me the following information:
- your V1 and V2 serial numbers
- the authentication code for your V1
- the authentication code for your V2

You can retrieve all that information on the tuning tool menu:
Help->FlashScan V1 PCM licensing
and
Help->FlashScan V2 VIN licensing

If possible a screen shot of the license slots for both V1 and V2 would help me figure out what needs to be fixed.

Note: When collecting the above information, you must unplug V1 before the PC will detect V2.
