Thread: Bimodal exhaust tuning knob?

    Default Bimodal exhaust tuning knob?

So what Z06 specific parameters can be tweaked on the LS7? I'm assuming it's at least possible to change the RPM the exhaust butterflies open. (I pulled the fuse the other day and holy cow! the low frequencies at idle are brutal!)

It sounds like there's a shiftlight hiding in there:

C6 M6 has built in shift light that you can program to come on based on RPM, in the display above the steering column..

    It will say "upshift now"
Factory tune has it set for 8192 rpm so you wont see it.

You need EFILive or one of the other popular tuners to program...

Apparently it is not controlled by the ECM, there is 'two' modules that control it.

    Cheers,
