Default noobie question about LM-1 with V2

These are really basic questions I believe. I've got my V2 scanning my 2000 T/A and I've got the wideband hooked up and now I'm ready to couple the two interfaces. Is there a checklist/instructions available to hook my LM-1 to my Flashscan V2 interface? What do I ground the wideband output too? What is the correct software configuration to get this data? Is there any calibration needed?

    1. connect the WB signal output to one of: AD1+, AD2+, AD3+, AD4+.
    2. connect the WB signal ground to one of: AD1-, AD2-, AD3-, AD4- (matching the input selected in 1.).

Sorry, just realized that the LM-1 "analog output" contains 2 signal wires and a ground. (That had me confused :-) )

Question concerning the LM-1 programing with the Boschs WB02 sensor. The LM-1 comes with software where I can adjust the output voltage scale. What is the best configuration? I'm running an 11:1 CR pump gas motor and plan on tuning idle-WOT. Since EFILive V2 will accept a 5 volt signal, would anyone recommend a scale up to 5 volts? I was thinking 1 volt at 10:1 AFR and 4.5V at 22:1 AFR.

You don't need anything higher then 17 AFR imo. If it gets to that point you should shut off the vehicle and make adjustments before you continue to drive.

So, what is a good scale range to set up within the LM-1? Now for the EFILive scanner, where do I input my scale so that EFILive interperets that voltage correctly?

You can program your LM-1 to match the builtin LC-1 calc pid (0V=AFR 7.35, 5V=AFR 22.35),
then you just use CALC.AFR_LC1x and CALC.BEN_LC1x

Or you can create your own calc pid based on your voltage points...

joecar, thanks for the help on here and my post on LS1Tech. Its a pretty steep learning curve at first it seems but I'm hoping that once I get the wideband functioning and execute some scanning/adjusting/reflashing iterations, that everything should start to make more sense and I will get more comfortable.
