Default V2 analog input ground configuration.

Are the low side (-) inputs on the V2 internally grounded or are they differential? I'm running 2 LC1's. My original V1 setup with the three pin connector had the ground wire tied to the LC1 signal grounds and a short wire going up to the grounded pin on the ALDL connector. With the V2, I connected the ground lead to one of the EXT input grounds and left the other one open. If the V2 ties EXT low side inputs together in a common ground, I should be fine. If they're differential, then I need to make some changes.
