What is everyone adjusting the fans to to come on a little earlier? I have been playing with and have got them to come on earlier but I dont have it figured out exactly for like a 160t stat.

Well, the minimum GM's O.S's allow is still pretty high, you would need to convert the O.S to a custom O.S to get much lower fan turn on temps.
