Need help with my wideband pls..

i have innovative wideband lc1 and stand alone gauge its 2 months old and had been working flawlessly for the past 2 month then last week it just shows 3 small lines in the center of gauge, i have power at the gauge and under the truck on the lc1 and all the rest of the wiring is correct.

for the past week when i start the truck all the lights light up then nothing happens only 3 lines in the middle stay on

has anyone had this problem with the wideband i have double checked all the wiring is there anything else that i missed

did you check the widebands function with your laptop?

no i havent hooked it up to the laptop yet. ill try that later. thanks
