low oil level
looking for a way to shut off the low oil level that is flashed when oil is low on a 1999 vett. has a ls7 in it now the sencer isnt hooked up driving customer crazy keeps flashing.i dont see a way to shut it off with efilive.so i double checked its wired though the ecm though maybe it was a body control modual.any ideas thanks rich
Try connecting both of the terminals together.

i tryed grounding it and hitting the reset button still came on.in the wiring diagrams shows it going to ground.didnt do anything but i just was reading some one said motor has to see 194 deg. then shut off for a hour. i didnt try that with it grounded.was going to reset it with efilive but seems like it has to be drive 3 times and cooled down to get it to come back on so though hitting the reset button was a better idea comes back quicker.checked the wire with vmeter has 10v with key on
ok got it figured out hooked it to ground works just had to run it and let it cool for a while hour or so so it would reset its self
