    Default COS#3 adding timing

I have a customers car with COS#3 and for some reason the timing is always showing more timing in the scan tool vs the high timing table. I am pretty sure I zeroed out any multiplier dealing with spark. This is on a boosted car so this added timing is no good at all.

Log the _EST pids to see where timing is coming from.

Got the car back getting ready to go check it again. I have searched and searched and can not find any modifiers in the tune that could be adding timing like it is.
