start by checking the sample script. it says a lot about what can be done. i think this feature is one of the most kick ass aspects of live but not a lot of intereste in using or developing it. I requested several features be added like copying from one table to another (hi spark to low, etc) but it never happened that I know of. still could be a powerful tool
