    Default EGT Probes Question!

I have some K type probes. On the V2 module do you have to have a sender to use the probes?? I don't have a sender but was wondering if the device could be interfaced with the EGT plug without a sender being required.

If not I guess I should be able to plot the resistance vs Temp with my laser gun and make a PID. What do you guys think?

I wish there was a simple circuit you could build to make this possible but I can't think of anything ATM.

NM. I am a n00b. I think an isolation transformer for signals would work. :-X

K-type thermocouples can be connected directly to FlashScan V2 using the T1 and T2 orange connectors.

    Thank you, sir!

I was very weary about connecting .5 Ohms to anything!
Glad to know we have some Guru's on this site. :-D

Seems like both the probes are 10 degrees too high. Both of them exactly the same. I guess I will simply adjust for it.
