    Default Chart Inspector

Using the newest release, I can't seem to move chart inspector with my mouse any more. Is there a Solution?

Press F2 to lock/unlock the vertical cursor (chart inspector).

I found I can move it with arrow keys. But not the mouse.

I liked the way I could click and drag a portion of the chart to do an average routine. I can't seem to do that now.
