2004 monaro/gto o2 harness connector

Does anyone know the part number or a like for like replacement that is suitable for the narrrow band 02 sensor connector for an 04 year monaro/gto (5.7).

Unlike the newer cars with the square connector mine ahs the older flat four wire connector, much like on a PC's IDE power supply.

Everything is wired in but I just want to fabricate a nice clean extention loom and rather than pay $100 dollars for a kit here in the uk I'd like to fabricate one!

I do actually have a spare connector from the old sensor but I cannot get the pins out - which leads to my 2nd question.... how can I get the pins out so I can fabricate my new loom with the spare connector?!

If it's a Metri-Pack connector, you can pull out the pin terminals using this pick tool:

a paper clip bent out and filed flat on one side works well too, you just have to "jiggle" it a lot
