FTClean Wont work

I downloaded FTCean (from EFI site) was going to uninstall + reinstall latest Drivers, says File Acces Denied??

Really? Do you have Administrator access on the PC? I've never seen that the times I've run it.

Hope so it's my PC.
Do you have to open somthing else ? eg. Installed Programs as well as running FTClean ?

Nope, it is a standalone application. When I've used it previously you just disconnect all the devices from the laptop and run the utility. I think you have to click a couple of buttons as it does it's thing but that's it.
