Default Understanding table B1210 in 2007

In 2006 GM uses -80 to 0 and 0 to 80 VAC kpa and 2007 uses Delta MAP kpa. How is the 2007 table to be understood relative to KPA?

Also what is VAC kpa vs what we normally associate with KPA?

i'm understanding it as delta MAP=base fuel pressure+MANVAC, and since MANVAC=BARO-MAP you can have it in terms of MAP too. if you look at the numbers on scales, they seem to be set up against the regular GM 4bar (400kPa) fuel pressure, so it makes sense. but that's just me oogling numbers, who knows what kind of magic they got in there now
